About Roeland Huls

Roeland Huls is a Dutch chef based in Teulada-Moraira with extensive experience in the hospitality industry in both the Netherlands and Luxembourg. His cuisine is built on respect for quality ingredients, refined techniques and authentic flavours.

His passion for cooking began in his family kitchen and has grown through years of experience in renowned restaurants. Today, he combines European culinary traditions with the exceptional produce of the Mediterranean region.
