Vinos de Jalón: tradición y bodega en el corazón de Xaló

Jalón Wines: tradition and winery in the heart of Xaló

Xaló: land of wine, soul of a village

Jalón wines · winery in Xaló · muscat · Xaló flea market

There are places that are not explained, they are felt.
Xaló (or Jalón, for those coming from outside) is one of them.
A corner of the interior of Alicante, where dry stone draws the landscape, the river winds through vineyards and the air smells of rosemary, almond and fermented must.

Xaló not only has history, it has liquid memory: that which sleeps in every bottle, that which is toasted at sunset, that which unites generations under a vine.

🍇 A culture that grows in the vineyard

The viticulture in Xaló is not a trend. It is a heritage.
For centuries, the families of the valley have cultivated the vine as one cultivates the soul. The Moscatel de Alejandría, with its sunny perfume, has been for generations the emblem of the valley. Sweet, golden, aromatic: a wine that tastes of celebration, reunion, childhood and harvest.

But Xaló also looks to the future.
Today, alongside muscat, projects for natural, organic, minimal intervention wine flourish. New wineries, new perspectives. The past and the future go hand in hand in every glass.

🍷 Jalón wines: honest, lively, with a Mediterranean accent

To speak of Jalón wines is to speak of character.
Fresh red wines from Giró, saline white wines from dry muscat, floral rosés, single vineyard wines, limited editions, bottled dreams.

At Bouquet Xaló, we select the best of this valley that inspires us so much:

Local wineries that work with respect for the environment.

Wines with identity, with roots, with stories to tell.

Limited editions that can only be found here, in the heart of Xaló.

🛍️ The Saturday flea market and the Mercat de la Terra

Xaló is wine, but it is also village life.
Every Saturday morning, the streets fill with visitors who come to the Xaló flea market, one of the most emblematic in the Valencian Community.
Antiques, objects with soul, worn books, forgotten vinyl records... all to the rhythm of the river's murmur and glasses raised between stalls.

And a few steps away, the Mercat de la Terra: local, organic, artisan products. Bread, oil, cheese, honey, jams and, of course, wine. Everything that represents the land in its purest form.

Coming to Xaló on a Saturday means experiencing the wine culture from within: strolling, chatting, tasting, discovering.
