Our essence

Bouquet Xaló was born in November 2024 from a shared passion for wine. We are Núria and Robert, and this project began to take shape during our master's final project, when we realized that we wanted to turn our passion into a tangible reality in our own town.

Jalón is not just the location of our store, it is our home. We grew up among vineyards, Mediterranean landscapes, and winemaking traditions. We feel deeply grateful to live in a place that has it all: history, wine culture, and a close-knit community.

From the beginning, we knew exactly what we wanted Bouquet Xaló to be: a place where personal attention would make all the difference. We want every customer to feel at home, to be able to ask questions, discover, and choose without rushing. We don't believe in selling for the sake of selling. We believe in advising.

Our selection of wines, premium spirits, and gourmet products is not by chance. We taste every item before adding it to the store. We only work with products we truly believe in, that have quality, identity, and something to tell.

We always have open bottles so that visitors can taste before deciding. We want each person to take home exactly what they like, with the confidence of knowing what they are buying.

Looking to the future, our goal is to continue growing without losing our essence. We would like to expand our network of stores to share this passion with more people, always maintaining the same close and careful treatment.

We also dream of creating a Privé room at Bouquet Xaló: an exclusive space for our customers, where they can taste exceptional vintages, unique wines, and premium spirits in an intimate and special setting.
