Product Sheet – Davide 2º Año Albariño 2023
Davide 2º Año Albariño 2023 is a unique white wine, made in the heart of Rías Baixas, where the Atlantic caresses the vineyards and shapes their character. This Albariño is born from the desire to show a more deliberate and complex version of the variety, a wine that defies time and explores its evolution beyond immediacy.
Sourced from old vineyards in the Salnés Valley, cultivated on granite and sandy soils that provide freshness and minerality. The harvest is manual, with exhaustive selection of bunches. After spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the wine rests for two years on its fine lees, slowly refining, gaining texture, depth, and complexity.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. The nose is deep and elegant, with aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus peel, dried flowers, and a mineral background reminiscent of sea saltiness. On the palate it is broad, unctuous, and silky, with a perfectly integrated acidity that supports the wine's weight. Its finish is long, persistent, and marked by notes of almond, wet stone, and a slight saline echo.
Pairing
Perfect for pairing with seafood, baked white fish, scallops, seafood rice dishes, soft cheeses, and even white meats or Asian cuisine.
Davide 2º Año Albariño 2023 is a tribute to the passage of time, to serenity, and to the beauty of waiting. An Albariño that sheds its hurry to reveal itself in its most elegant, complex, and authentic version, a reflection of the Atlantic, granite, and passion for artisanal viticulture.
