Sourced from certified organic vineyards, cultivated on sandy-loam soils that provide freshness and finesse. The harvest is manual, performed at the optimal point of ripeness. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a clean and delicate must, which ferments at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, preserving the aromatic purity and vibrant freshness of the Mediterranean landscape.
