The harvest is manual, with rigorous selection in the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and it is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, refining its character and complexity.

Long, elegant, and persistent finish, with hints of ripe fruit and mineral notes.
