Masía El Altet High Quality is an extra virgin olive oil that represents the harmony between tradition and excellence. Produced in the Polop Valley, Alicante, this coupage combines 60% Picual, 20% Arbequina, and 20% native varieties such as Genovesa, Blanqueta, and Alfafarenca. The olives are harvested at their optimal ripeness, just before veraison, to capture the maximum aromatic and gustatory expression. The result is a balanced, fresh, and elegant oil, with a maximum acidity of 0.08%.
