Alabaster 2021 is a dry red wine produced by Bodega Teso La Monja in the D.O. Toro, Spain. It comes from pre-phylloxera vineyards over 100 years old, cultivated in sandy soils with pebbles and clay, where the continental climate brings freshness and concentration to the wine.

Harvesting is done manually, with grape-by-grape selection. The grapes ferment in 1,000-liter French oak vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
