A pure and honest natural white wine, breathing tradition and landscape, made without added sulfites and with minimal intervention. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after two days of skin maceration and thirty days of aging on lees. This allows Albakar to achieve a soft texture, a delicate body, and an aromatic expression that reflects the essence of Mediterranean Viognier.

Awarded the Silver Medal for Best DOP Alicante White Wine 2025 by ASPA, Albakar stands out as one of the most prominent white wines in the region.

Tasting Notes

Pale golden color, clean and brilliant, which evolves over time. On the nose, intense notes of fresh white fruit, predominantly pear and apricot, enveloped by subtle herbaceous and floral hints from skin maceration. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, with a slight acidity and a silky texture that provides body and persistence. The finish is long, with a delicate fruity and mineral echo.
