It presents an intense cherry color with violet hues. On the nose, it unfolds ripe black fruit, mineral notes, hints of cocoa, aromatic herbs, and well-integrated spices. On the palate, it is broad and structured, with ripe and elegant tannins, vibrant acidity, and a persistent and balanced finish that highlights its origin.

Pairing

An ideal wine for red meats, roast lamb, stews, game meats, and cured cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC, with prior decanting to reveal its full complexity.
