Tasting Notes

Visually, it presents a deep and intense garnet color. On the palate, it is powerful, with dense but well-balanced tannins, good underlying acidity, and a long finish where fruity and toasted nuances reappear.

Food Pairing

Excellent with roasted red meats, game, intensely flavored stews, and rich, savory dishes. It also pairs very well with strong, aged cheeses. Serve at 16 to 18 °C.
