Tasting Notes

It presents an intense garnet-violet color. The nose highlights ripe black fruits —blackberries, plums—, licorice, spices, and an evident mineral background. On the palate it is powerful, with big, sweet tannins, a creamy texture, and a round, long, and silky finish.

Perfect for game meats, intense stews, roasts, powerfully flavored cured meats, and aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 °C to enjoy its structure and depth.
