Amancio 2021 is a dry red wine produced by Viñedos y Bodegas Sierra Cantabria in the D.O.Ca. Rioja, Spain. It comes from the "La Veguilla" plot, a highly prestigious vineyard planted between 1966 and 1981 in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The calcareous soils and continental climate with Atlantic influence provide freshness and concentration to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a rigorous selection of each grape. The grapes are destemmed by hand and fermented in 1,000-liter French oak vats with native yeasts. Aging takes place over 24 months in new French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
