ÀN 2023 – Mediterranean Red Wine from Callet and Mantonegro 70cl

In the heart of Mallorca, where the red soil known as Call vermell blends with the limestone rocks and the temperate Mediterranean winds, ÀN 2022 is born, the foundational soul of Ànima Negra. A wine that breathes the biological energy of old vineyards planted in small plots, surrounded by fruit trees and blessed by the embats, the winds that keep the vine healthy and balanced.

Made from a meticulous manual and optical selection of indigenous grapes, fermented with its own yeasts and aged in French oak and cement, ÀN 2023 is a red wine that combines tradition and precision, rusticity and elegance. A wine that conveys the pure character of the island: mineral, fresh and sincere.

Authenticity and Origin

ÀN 2023 is the essence of the Mallorcan terroir. The vines sink their roots into poor but vibrant soils, where the balance between minerality and fruit becomes wine. The patient elaboration, with spontaneous fermentations and aging in noble woods, results in a deep and authentic red wine, a reflection of the land that sees it born.
