Ana Caballo White Vermouth, made in Monesterio (Badajoz) with the Cayetana blanca grape, is an intense and aromatic vermouth that combines tradition and sophistication. Its carefully crafted recipe, the result of 18 months of research, offers an elegant experience with a balance of high-quality flavors and ingredients.

Type of vermouth: Modern and sophisticated white vermouth
Wine base: 100% Cayetana blanca grape, native to Badajoz, which provides low acidity, mature fruit perfume, and a silky texture.
Botanicals used: Complex formulation with over 40 natural extracts, highlighting orange blossom, fresh citrus, herbs, and select spices.
Production method: Maceration of botanicals in the base wine for 3 months, followed by 2 months of resting in the bottle to integrate aroma and flavor.
Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Color: Clean, bright gold, with captivating reflections.
Aroma: Notes of green fruit and citrus, floral hints of orange blossom, petals, and the unmistakable aroma of wet earth (petrichor).
