Ana Caballo is an elegant and rebellious Extremaduran red vermouth, born in Badajoz with the DNA of an indigenous grape variety: Cayetana Blanca del Guadiana. After more than 18 months of research, this hedonistic creation emerged, where tradition is clad in modernity and sophistication

Wine base: Cayetana white grape, cultivated in Extremadura; low acidity, silky texture and intense aromas of ripe fruit
Botanicals used: Composed of more than 40 natural extracts (wormwood, orange blossom, dittany, cinnamon, elderflower, iris, saffron, white sandalwood...), complex and refined formulation
Production method: Careful maceration for 3 months followed by 2 months of resting in the bottle to harmonize flavors and aromas
Alcohol content: 15% vol.

Aroma: Floral and spicy: orange blossom, elderflower, iris, saffron and notes of orange blossom, dittany and cinnamon
