Tasting Notes

Intense and bright red color. The nose offers aromas of fresh cherries and raspberries, accompanied by notes of aromatic herbs and a characteristic Priorat mineral touch. On the palate it is fluid, fruity and elegant, with soft tannins and a long, fresh and balanced finish.

Pairing

Ideal with grilled red meats, creamy rice dishes, traditional stews, roasted lamb and grilled vegetables. It also pairs very well with spicy Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
