Crafted under Anima Mundi's minimal intervention philosophy, this wine honestly expresses the calcareous landscape it comes from and the vibrant personality of the varietal.

Spontaneous fermentation and a total absence of artifice allow the fruit and the terroir to express themselves with absolute freedom. A delicate, lively, and authentic ancestral wine, where texture and freshness coexist in perfect balance.
