Asadoira 2022 is a dry white wine produced by Bodegas Valdesil in the D.O. Valdeorras, Galicia, Spain. Sourced from the Asadoira vineyard, planted in 1971 on slate soils in Córgomo, this wine reflects the ultimate expression of Godello on lees and the muscular minerality of the slate rock. 

The harvest is done manually, with careful selection of clusters. The grapes ferment and are aged on their lees in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving their varietal character and characteristic freshness.
