From the calcareous slopes of the Costers de l’Ordal, where the vines cling to the earth with deep roots and time passes with serene patience, this unique sparkling wine is born. AT Roca Esparter 2017 is the purest expression of Macabeo, grown in a single plot planted in 1968, faithfully reflecting the minerality and elegance of its terroir.

Crafted with care and respect for tradition, this wine has been aged for 7 months in oak barrels and subsequently rested for over 60 months in the bottle, developing exceptional complexity and finesse. Every bubble is a whisper of the landscape, a caress of bottled nature.
