Attis Lías Finas 2025 is the delicate and profound voice of Val do Salnés, where Albariño finds its perfect balance between Atlantic freshness and enveloping texture. A white wine born from patience and respect for the vineyard, where time on lees refines its soul and reveals the purity of the Galician landscape.

Made from vines located in granitic and sandy soils, cultivated under sustainable practices. The harvest is manual, with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by an aging of 6 months on fine lees, which provides volume, complexity, and elegant creaminess, without losing tension and varietal freshness.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, bright and luminous. On the nose, it is fresh, complex, and delicate, with aromas of ripe white fruit —pear, apple—, fresh citrus, white flowers, fennel, and a mineral background that evokes wet stone and Atlantic salt. On the palate, it is broad, silky, and balanced, with a lively acidity that sustains its freshness and a long, saline, and persistent finish, where fruit and minerality blend in harmony.
