Attis Mar is an Albariño that breathes the ocean. Born on the slopes of Val do Salnés (D.O. Rías Baixas), it comes from 50-year-old vines planted on granitic soils, facing the Atlantic, where the wind and mist shape its character.
The uniqueness of this wine lies in its aging: after spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 12-15°C and 6 months of aging on its lees with bâtonnage in tank and oak vat, it spends another 6 months submerged 12 meters under the sea. In this marine refuge, the pressure, waves, constant temperature, and darkness create a unique experience.

Tasting Notes
Visually, it displays an intense, brilliant, and clean straw yellow. On the nose, it unfolds ripe white fruits —pear, peach, apricot— along with white flowers, mineral touches, sea tide, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is fresh, saline, with a fatty volume, restrained acidity, and a long, persistent finish, marked by salinity and oceanic minerality.
Pairing
Perfect for Atlantic seafood and fish: oysters, lobster, scallops, clams; also accompanies sea vegetables, rice with squid or lobster, and mild cheeses. Its salinity and freshness make it a liquid verse at the service of the sea.
Attis Mar is a profound sensory experience: an Albariño that has learned from the ocean. Liquid art in its raw state, where landscape and technique go hand in hand to whisper stories of depth, sea salt, and mystery.
