From the heart of Penedès, in the historic Finca Can Fontanals, comes this estate-grown cava, entirely produced and bottled on the property. The Avinyó Brut Reserva 2022 is the result of vines that have matured to the rhythm of the Mediterranean sun since the 70s and 80s, grown with patience, balance, and an ecological approach. With over 36 months of aging, this sparkling wine expresses the soul of the terroir and the wisdom of waiting. An authentic cava, without artifice, whose elegance bubbles like a discreet song to the land and time.
