Authenticity and origin

BeneOlive was born in Benejúzar, in the heart of the Vega Baja del Segura, in the south of the province of Alicante. Its olive groves are located on the Lo Rubes, La Zarzuela, and Pinohermoso estates, surrounded by orange and lemon trees and situated just about 20 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea.

One of the peculiarities of the project is that the oil mill is very close to the olive groves themselves. This minimizes the time between olive harvesting and processing. The company carries out early harvests, supervising the ripening of the fruit to determine the appropriate harvest time, and performs cold extraction at temperatures between 20 and 22 ºC.

After extraction, the oil is stored in tanks protected by an inert atmosphere to limit its contact with oxygen and preserve its organoleptic qualities. A work philosophy focused on caring for the fruit from the olive grove to packaging.
