The Vineyard

The grapes come from Moscatel vineyards cultivated in Marina Alta, an area deeply marked by the influence of the Mediterranean.

The soils, sea breezes, and landscape of traditional terraces contribute freshness, saline character, and great aromatic expression to the variety.

Elaboration

Made following the ancestral method, preserving the authenticity of the grape and the most natural character of the wine.

Production is extremely limited, with only 280 bottles made.

Tasting Notes

Bright and lively color, with fine and delicate bubbles.

On the nose, intense floral and citrus aromas appear, with hints of white fruit and Mediterranean herbs.

On the palate, it is fresh, light, and very expressive, with a dry and refreshing profile that maintains the aromatic essence of Moscatel.
