Winemaking

The wine is made from a balanced blend of four varieties that provide structure, strength, and character. After fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, followed by a refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months, achieving a round, powerful, and harmonious ensemble.

Tasting Notes

Visually, it presents a dark cherry red color, of high intensity, with a cardinal rim and no signs of evolution. On the nose, it is enveloping and complex, with notes of ripe black fruit, fruit in liqueur, and sweet hints. With aeration, balsamic, roasted, chocolate, milky coffee nuances, and a subtle mineral background appear. On the palate, it is powerful and long-lasting, with sweet and fleshy tannins, good structure, and a well-integrated acidity that provides freshness. The finish is long, complex, and very fruity.
