Bodegas Antídoto | Antídoto 2024 75cl
Antídoto 2024 is a fresh, pure expression deeply rooted in the Soria region of Ribera del Duero. Produced by Bodegas Antídoto from 100% Tinto Fino, it originates from an extraordinary mosaic of small plots of old vines cultivated at high altitudes.
Direct fruit, silky texture, and measured aging define a red wine that shies away from excessive power to showcase the most fluid and elegant side of Ribera del Duero. A precise wine, accessible from its youth and with a distinct territorial identity.

Winemaking
After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 20 and 30 ºC, with daily pump-overs and a relatively short maceration of between 5 and 7 days.
The wine is racked before the alcoholic fermentation is fully completed, finishing in the liquid phase. It then undergoes 5 months of aging in 600-liter French oak barrels, approximately 25% of which are new. Before bottling, it receives only a light filtration.
This winemaking process aims to preserve the fruit, freshness, and natural texture of the Tinto Fino, keeping the wood in a discreet background.
Tasting Notes
It presents an intense cherry red color.
The nose is dominated by clean, spontaneous, and direct fruit, with a frank expression that conveys the identity of the vintage and the vineyard without artifice.
On the palate, it stands out especially for its silky and undulating texture. It is juicy, fresh, and balanced, with a sensation of ripe fruit accompanied by subtle spicy nuances. The aging adds depth without detracting from its fluidity, resulting in an elegant and particularly easy-to-drink Ribera del Duero.
Pairing
Its combination of fruit, freshness, and structure makes it an excellent companion for lamb chops, grilled meats, Iberian ham, artisan cured meats, roasts, and Castilian cuisine dishes.
It is recommended to serve at around 16 ºC.
Antídoto 2024 shows a different side of Ribera del Duero: that of old Soria vines cultivated at high altitudes, where freshness accompanies depth. A precise and natural Tinto Fino, with fruit in the foreground and a texture that invites you to return for another glass.
