The Vineyard

It comes from a mosaic of pre-phylloxera goblet-trained vines located between 900 and 1,000 meters of altitude in different villages of Soria.

The vines, aged between 20 and over 100 years, grow on a combination of sandy, silty, clay, and calcareous soils that provide complexity and freshness.

Winemaking

Harvesting is done manually in mid-September.

The winemaking process involves direct pressing with whole clusters. The must ferments spontaneously for about 20 days in stainless steel tanks.

Afterward, the wine ages on fine lees until filtration, providing texture and depth without losing freshness.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale pink color.

On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits like strawberry and raspberry appear, accompanied by delicate notes of white flowers.

On the palate, it is agile, fresh, and balanced, with good acidity, light texture, and a fine and elegant structure.

Ideal with appetizers, rice dishes, fish, Mediterranean cuisine, sushi, and light dishes.
