Corimbo 2022 is the purest expression of the character of Bodegas La Horra, a Ribera del Duero wine made exclusively with Tinta del País from bush vines located in La Horra and nearby towns. The winery's philosophy seeks to preserve the identity of the vineyard through respectful viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, where fruit and landscape are the true protagonists.

The 2022 vintage was marked by an extremely hot and dry summer. However, the vines responded by offering wines of surprising freshness, great aromatic intensity, and magnificent balance, confirming the excellent performance of the old vineyards in the area.

It presents a brilliant red color of medium-high intensity with a vivid red rim.

The nose stands out for its aromatic intensity, dominated by ripe and fresh red fruit. The wood is perfectly integrated, adding depth without detracting from the fruit expression. Elegant notes of Mediterranean aromatic herbs and delicate mineral nuances also emerge, adding complexity.

On the palate, it offers a medium-high volume, with a juicy and balanced passage where ripe cherries and blackberry notes predominate. The aging remains discreetly in the background, allowing the fruit and freshness to be the true protagonists. The tannins appear fine, polished, and perfectly integrated, leading to a long, fresh, and very pleasant finish.

Ideal with roasted lamb, grilled meats, Iberian cured meats, meat rice dishes, mushrooms, cured cheeses, Castilian cuisine, and traditional stews.
