It ferments with indigenous yeasts in French oak vats, followed by 14 months of aging in French oak barrels (40% new) and 30 months of refinement in the bottle, where the wine reaches its fullness, displaying serene and profound elegance.

The nose is complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruit—blackberry, plum, blackcurrant—fine spices, cocoa, tobacco, balsamic notes, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is silky, structured, and balanced, with polished tannins, impeccable freshness, and a long, persistent, and harmonious finish, where fruit and aging nuances blend in perfect harmony.
