Product description
Elegant, fresh, and true to the Penedès tradition, Tofterup Brothers Cava Brut is an organic cava made in the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia area, the historical birthplace of cava. Born from the collaboration of the Tofterup brothers, this sparkling wine combines the three classic varieties of the denomination to offer a balanced, fresh, and gastronomic style.
Its long aging on lees provides complexity and fine bubbles, while low-temperature winemaking preserves the full aromatic expression of the fruit and the characteristic freshness of a great cava.
