The result of over two years of work, this vermouth was created from a blank slate, with no inherited recipes or constraints. Enrique Lozano, Master Distiller at Bunker Distillery, conceived it based on intuition and time, together with the prestigious winemaker Raúl Pérez, whose winery provides the wine base for this revolutionary blend. The result: a unique vermouth, with a selection of signature wines, Pedro Ximénez, and a touch of BUNKER Origen gin aged in oak. Following the BUNKER Philosophy: no added sugars, no rules, 100% artisan production. A vermouth that leaves no one indifferent.
