Bush de Nuits Cuvée Spéciale is one of the most unique creations from the Belgian brewery Dubuisson. This exceptional beer is born from the combination of brewing tradition and the world of wine, thanks to a second fermentation carried out in large wooden barrels that previously housed Nuits-Saint-Georges wines, one of Burgundy's most prestigious appellations. The result is a complex, elegant, and deeply gastronomic beer, where wine notes are naturally integrated with the characteristic power of the Bush family.

In the glass, it presents a dark amber color with reddish reflections and a creamy, ivory-toned head. The nose reveals great aromatic complexity, with ripe red fruits, wine notes, elegant wood, caramel, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is intense and refined, with a powerful yet perfectly balanced structure. The hints of Burgundy red wine, red fruits, and caramelized malt are integrated into a long, warm, and silky finish.

Pairing and serving

Ideal for pairing with game meats, duck, foie gras, long-aged cheeses, and dishes prepared with mushrooms. It also harmonizes magnificently with dark chocolate desserts or forest fruits. Serve between 10 and 12 °C in a large glass to appreciate its full aromatic complexity.
