The Ca’ del Bosco method

Every detail at Ca’ del Bosco is designed to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. Grapes are hand-harvested in small crates and cooled before pressing to keep their freshness intact.

The winery also developed the exclusive "grape spa," a system for individually washing and drying each cluster to remove impurities and enhance the wine's natural aromatic expression. After disgorgement, bottling is carried out in the absence of oxygen thanks to a patented technology, significantly reducing the use of sulfites and increasing the wine's longevity.
