Product Sheet – Cambio de Tercio 2024

Cambio de Tercio 2024 is a red wine produced by Bruno Murciano in the D.O. Utiel-Requena, Spain. It comes from the Las Brunas vineyard, 7.5 hectares, with Bobal vines between 70 and 80 years old, cultivated in loamy-clay and loamy-sandy soils.

The harvest is done manually in 10 to 15 kg boxes during the coolest hours of the day. The grapes are destemmed without crushing and undergo a pre-fermentative maceration of 3 to 4 days. Fermentation takes place without temperature control for 12 to 15 days in used French oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine is aged on its lees for a period of no less than 9 months, with weekly batonnage.

Tasting Notes

Bright red color with cherry reflections. On the nose, intense and seductive aromas of fresh red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, medium body, sweet, fresh and long finish. Subtle, round, complex and deep, with a remarkable personality and uniqueness.

Ideal to accompany white meats, oily fish, Mediterranean cuisine, pasta, rice dishes and salads.
