Special Production

Vineyard: Grapes from 25 to 60-year-old vineyards located in the Montmell mountains, at an altitude of 600 to 700 meters, with calcareous and stony soils.
Viticulture: Organic farming and biodynamic practices, prioritizing the recovery of biodiversity and respect for the forest ecosystem.
Harvest: Manual, carried out on September 13 and 16, coinciding with flower and fruit days according to the biodynamic calendar.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, without the addition of enological additives and with a total sulfite content of less than 30 mg/l.
