Tasting Notes

Bright pale yellow color. Fresh and precise nose, with notes of white fruit, citrus, and hints of Mediterranean scrubland. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with fine bubbles, refreshing acidity, and a clean finish that invites another sip.

Appetizers, seafood, fish, light rice dishes, and vegetable cuisine. Serve between 6 and 8 ºC.
