The Vineyard

The grapes come from approximately 6 hectares of vineyards aged between 25 and 40 years.

The vineyards are situated on stony-calcareous soils, poor in humus and with excellent drainage, ideal conditions to limit the vigor of the vine and concentrate the quality of the fruit.

The Mediterranean inland climate favors balanced ripening and remarkable varietal expression.

Winemaking

Harvesting is done manually in perforated boxes of less than 15 kg, carefully selecting the best bunches.

Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks filled by gravity using the OVI system installed in the winery, minimizing grape handling.

Throughout the process, rigorous temperature control is maintained to preserve the aromatic quality and structure of the wine.

It then undergoes aging in fine-grained French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

It presents a powerful and balanced palate, where ripe fruit is perfectly integrated with notes contributed by the aging.

The tannins are round and well-polished, supported by good acidity that provides freshness and balance.
