The Vineyard

The El Valle and Mariligoz plots, dry-farmed and under organic viticulture, offer a Viura of great character. The calcareous white sands provide tension and precision, while age and bush-vine training promote balance and natural concentration.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose reveals ripe white fruit, delicate citrus notes, and a mineral background that adds depth.

On the palate, it is broad yet precise, with an enveloping texture thanks to aging on lees. Acidity supports the whole, providing freshness and length. Elegant, slightly saline, and persistent finish.
