The Vineyard

The "Macarralde" plot contributes tension and mineral character thanks to its clay-calcareous sandstone soils. The age of the vineyard and the bush vine dry farming concentrate the varietal expression and depth of the wine.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden yellow color. The nose combines ripe white fruit, citrus nuances, and a marked mineral background, accompanied by subtle aging notes that add complexity and elegance.

On the palate, it is broad and structured, with a creamy texture and firm acidity that balances the whole. Long finish, with mineral persistence and a saline memory.

Perfect with baked fish, seafood, seafood rice dishes, traditional cuisine, and medium-cured cheeses.
