Product Sheet – Carmelo Rodero Roble 9 Meses 2024

Carmelo Rodero Roble 9 Meses 2024 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Rodero in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain. It comes from their own vineyards, aged between 5 and 20 years, located in Pedrosa de Duero, where Tempranillo vines are grown in clay and limestone soils.

The harvest is carried out manually, with careful selection of the grape bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks by gravity, using the OVI system, which allows for delicate handling of the grapes. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels, with periodic rackings, and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle before commercialization.
