Carmelo Rodero TSM 2021 is a dry red wine produced by Bodegas Rodero in the Castilla y León region, Spain. It comes from vineyards located in Pedrosa de Duero, where the clay-limestone soils and continental climate provide freshness and fruity expression to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes ferment by their own weight and without pumping, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, thus preserving its varietal character and characteristic freshness.
