The Vineyard

The harvest is carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness to preserve both aromatic complexity and freshness.

It is done manually, early in the morning and in 15 kg boxes, taking utmost care of the integrity of the grapes.

Winemaking

The bunches are transferred directly to a pneumatic press, where the free-run must is obtained through gentle pressing.

After light settling, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15 and 17 ºC.

Subsequently, the wine remains on its fine lees with periodic batonnage, providing volume and a silkier texture.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink color with salmon reflections, clean and bright.

On the nose, it is expressive and distinctive, with aromas of ripe fruit and floral notes that evolve towards sweet pastry reminiscences, with hints of smoke and fresh grass.

On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a marked acidity that provides liveliness. It presents some structure with a slight astringency, combined with a creamy texture and a broad finish.
