The Vineyard

Garnacha, perfectly adapted to the Alicante climate, is harvested at its optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and aromatic expression.

Harvesting is done manually, early in the morning and in 15 kg boxes, ensuring the highest quality of the grape.

Winemaking

The bunches are transferred directly to a pneumatic press, where a long and gentle pressing is carried out.

Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, combining stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 ºC.

Subsequently, the wine remains 7 months on its fine lees in stainless steel, providing complexity, volume, and stability.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink color, clean and bright.

The nose reveals subtle floral aromas that evolve into stone fruit notes like peach and apricot.

On the palate, it is fresh and delicate, with good breadth and a creamy texture. Stone fruit notes reappear, along with a citrus and slightly spicy finish, long and elegant.

Pairing

Ideal with oriental cuisine, pasta, rice dishes, and seafood.
