On the palate, it is fluid and balanced, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a clean, persistent finish that reflects the identity of the village from which it comes.

Ideal with traditional Bierzo cuisine, white meats, inland rice dishes, artisan cured meats, mushroom dishes, and semi-cured cheeses. Serve between 14 and 16 ºC.
