Iaia Manola is a white vermouth born from a deep affection for family roots. Celler 3 Tardors dedicates this creation to the memory of their maternal grandmother, Manola, making her name a tribute to traditions, the land, and the small gestures that endure over time.

Made from the white wine "Shhh…", this vermouth macerates for 60 days with a careful selection of herbs and spices from the Aitana, Serrella, and Xortà mountain ranges. The result is a fresh, elegant, and balanced aperitif, where the Mediterranean character is expressed naturally with a lighter sweetness thanks to the use of stevia.
