EVOO tasting notes:
High fruitiness, with green notes, slight bitterness, and a mild, balanced spiciness. Pure and fresh aromas of the Farga variety

Vinegar: Artisanal vinegar made with Garnacha Tintorera, Giró, and Monastrell (2014 vintage)
Vinegar production method: Orléans method with aging in French oak barrels

Mahogany color with purplish reflections. On the nose, acetic aromas with hints of figs and plums. On the palate, balance and persistence, with a long and smooth finish
