From the heart of the Valencian Mediterranean comes Les Danses 2023, a rosé sparkling wine made from the indigenous Mandó grape variety and patiently aged for 20 months on its lees. This creation by Celler del Roure is part of the Les Filles d’Amàlia collection, a line of wines dedicated to Pablo Calatayud's mother and conceived as a tribute to family tradition and the region's historic grape varieties.
