Product Sheet – Chablis Famille Grossot 2022

Chablis Famille Grossot 2022 is a white wine born in northern Burgundy, where limestone and marine fossil soils, known as Kimmeridgian, give the wine a unique, sharp, and elegant minerality. A perfect reflection of the soul of Chablis: purity, tension, and a beauty that only nature, patient and wise, can sculpt.

Produced by Famille Grossot, a family winery with a winemaking tradition since 1920, committed to organic farming and the honest expression of the terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and transparency of the Chardonnay variety, without masking its origin.

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. The nose is fine and expressive, with aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers and a background marked by mineral notes, chalk and seashell. On the palate, it is vibrant, tense and pure, with a precise acidity that provides nerve and a long, saline and elegant finish, leaving a persistent mineral trace.
