Tasting notes
In the glass it presents a dark brown color with coppery reflections and a creamy and persistent beige foam. On the nose it offers a complex aromatic profile with ripe fruits such as figs and plums, accompanied by notes of caramel, chocolate and delicate spices. On the palate it is deep and structured, with flavors of toasted malt, cocoa and nuts, enriched by soft nuances of vanilla. Its texture is velvety, with medium carbonation and a long, warm and elegant finish.
Pairing and serving
It pairs perfectly with aged and intensely flavored cheeses, roasted meats, stews and game dishes. It also harmonizes with chocolate desserts or sweet cocoa preparations. Serve between 10 and 12 °C to fully appreciate its aromatic richness.
